No one night bookings on weekends or holidays please. A modern, spacious home that is ideal for a large family or two small families. Large open plan living area flows outside onto decks and a securely fenced, large section ideal for the kids to play in. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ is provided for your use. Sky TV channels include the basic package plus Sky Sport and Sky Movies and is available to view on either the main TV in the lounge or in the master bedroom where a second TV is located. If you prefer to entertain yourself you'll love the fact that there is a piano for your use as well! Centrally located only a short walk to the pools and even closer to the golf course. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a Super King sized bed and there is a partially recessed area that contains a single bed as well as another single bed located in a small room off the master bedroom - ideal for infants. Downstairs the second room contains a queen and the third bedroom has two sets of good quality bunks with inner sprung mattresses so comfort is assured.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $65.00

Key pickup and drop off

Collect/return the keys from the Hanmer Holiday Homes office at 63 Conical Hill Road.

Check-in Time - After 2pm.

Check-out Time – Before 11am (late check out may only be possible at the discretion of management

and will incur a fee of $20/hour. Should you wish to have a late checkout you will need to contact us

prior to your arrival).

Other Services

A full service clean is $65.00.

This is a recommended service, as we reserve the right to charge you for a clean if this is not done

satisfactorily. Dishes are to be placed into the dishwasher before departure.

A full payment is required prior to your arrival to secure your booking.
